1. 1. Investments in Agriculture Value Chain to develop 250,000 hectares of fully integrated farms to produce and process Oil Palm, Rice, Cassava, Maize, Rubber, Sugar Cane, Citruses and Vegetables.
2. 2. Out-Growers’ Scheme will target 40% of cultivated land to be owned and farmed by over 25,000 Edo Entrepreneur Farmers with off-take contracts to ensure that they sell their produce and generate wealth for Edo youth
